Established in 2026, Azúcar De Mi Tierra LLC was born from a passion for traditional modern flavors and the joy of sharing handmade pastries. We believe that every recipe should tell a story, and every ingredient should be treated with the same care as the hands that prepare it. My mother used to make these very same recipes while we were growing up. She wanted to make a concha that tasted different. She always wanted to go to a panaderia and choose a concha that tasted like the color of the topping. And asked herself, "Wouldn't it be nice to pick a concha with pink topping that actually tasted like strawberry?" from that inspiration her recipes that you see today were created by her and passed down to her children to share with the world.
